Scope

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this contract shall be resolved by arbitration administered by EQUO under the rules in force when the request is filed. The tribunal shall be composed of three arbitrators. The seat of the arbitration is Asunción, Republic of Paraguay. The language of the proceedings is Spanish, unless the clause provides otherwise. The arbitration is national.
